“No, your honor. I’m retired. Thank you for not bringing forth charges. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have hats and shirts to sell about how I skirted ANY charges whatsoever to people who are stupid enough to buy them from me for money all while not being held to the same standard I am”

    Checks out

They’ll probably get the obstruction charge. One thing I’ve seen about the DOJ is that the obstruction charge is what they peg everyone on. One lie that can’t be proven and it’s locked in.

obstruction is usually bullshit. if their is no underlying crime, its super duper bullshit.

this is why you never talk to anyone investigating anything. even if you have done nothing wrong, any perceived effort to do anything other than help the investigator get you can be trouble.

this is why if you are on team trump, you can never say anything or cooperate with anything. everyone is trying to get you and will be thought of as a hero if they can sting you with any charge.

Trump had never been interviewed by fbi because his lawyers are smart. So How would Trump himself obstruct?

This is all lawyers handling this. Trump is good.

WHY did trump have our nuclear secrets at Mar-a-Lago? What was he planning to do with them? Has he already sold them?

    Just remember:

In 2017 trump gave away Israeli top secret intelligence to Putin, infuriating Israel and damaging their trust in the USA. That intelligence revealed to Russia and Syria the names, methods, and locations of Israeli agents. God only knows how many deaths resulted.

It's ISRAEL, not Russia, that's supposed to be our ally.

So we already know that trump has no inclination to protect our allies. Or highly classified secrets entrusted to us. He's proven it.

We, the public, don't really know what foreign power these nuclear secrets refer to. Could be an ally, could be an adversary. But make no mistake... these were OUR secrets, not just that foreign power's. Either we gathered the nuclear information on that foreign power on our own, which is probable and which would make it ENTIRELY our secret, or that information was shared in secret with us by an ally, not likely given the distrust created by trump's betrayal of Israel.

But are they still "secret"? Highly doubtful for a number of reasons, not least of which is that we already know trump gives and/or sells our secrets away.

And then there's the $2 billion to Jared Kushner by Saudi Arabia, a highly improbable payment UNLESS Saudi Arabia got something of great value to themselves in return.... Israeli nuclear secrets would certainly be of great value to the Saudis.... and we know that Jared Kushner's investment skills are historically dismal.

So, his lawyers are the next people trump is going to throw under the bus?

Of course he will, but that won't save him. You should familiarize yourself with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Obstruction won't be his only indictment, anyway.
