Trump has had no constitutional powers since noon January 20 2021. As to whether or not he declassified them before then it is now a question of fact. If there’s no concurrent documentation who’s to believe him? Considering this has the highest level of classification and apparently is some of the most sensitive information the country has a former president with a broad and deep history of lying will need more than his word. The Supreme Court said, you know the one you said you wanted to hear from, has previously stated on prior presidential cases, that no such documentation is needed from the president.
