He has access to them and there is a process for accessing them that does not include FBI raids and criminal investigations. That process was well underway until they needed a political hot point before the midterms to distract the public from the abysmal record from the last two years.

There is a huge blurry line between what is Presidential property and government property that was pretty heavily tilted toward former Presidents in the ruling in 2011 in the case about Clinton's tapes.

And you have NO idea what documents he took and when they were created unless you have a TS clearance and have seen them. You have only seen selected FBI leaks to the same media that lied to us about Russia Russia Russia. Not worth the ink they are printed with.

This is un-American and absolutely disgusting what the political and media establishment have been doing the last 60 years.
