I like the idea of getting a true, solid, FB. You can't argue the days when Faulk and Mealey ran behind Tommy Banks...or when Kevin Steltz was laying the wood for Addai, etc. Quinn Johnson has done an admirable job as a converted FB, but it would be nice to have a 250 lbs-FB capable of holding his own lead blocking against D-linemen and LB's and is also not as "rough around the edges" carrying the ball.

You ain't lying man. Maybe the best "potential" we have ever seen in a FB at LSU. He has the speed to break some runs open, like a Jerome Bettis but will run you over like a Mack truck. He will change the dynamics of our offense. Yet another weapon. Look for him to possibly get that 4th star.
