    Definitely not Allen.

I'd agree. But Allen seems more likely than Singleton at LB. That's my point.

Of course. I could be wrong. It happened once before.

I said no Allen because we have no fullbacks and he will likely be the starter as soon as he steps foot on campus. If Singleton thought we were moving him to LB, he would stay at Tulsa.

I don't think either will be on Defense.

    We agree completely, then.

Allen was built to be a FB. From the time he was born. :)

Allen is also ranked higher on both Scout and Rivals than Singleton. On Scout Singleton is a 2 star and Allen is a 3 star. On Rivals they are both 3 star, but Allen is a higher 3 star, almost a 4 star. I dunno, I don't think either one will play another position and I think Allen is better and so do the services. I don't think we need 2 fullbacks, but I guess the coaches do.

LSU staff must not feel good about anyone on the current team being able to play the FB position effectively.

I just don't think the FB position needs a 2 deep. They are seldomed used. They rarely if ever get hurt.

It's like having a 3rd catcher on a MLB team. Use the spot for a lefty reliever or utility guy instead.

Maybe they are looking to transition their philosophy a little and start using a lead FB more, or maybe they see these guys running the rock more at RB?

I can't see them being used as a RB because we have a big back in Scott and we have another big back in Dexter Pratt coming in to take his role. Crowton is still around so the offensive philosophy shouldn't change much.

Edwards at H-Back must not be working out real well.

Any position worth having needs at least a 2-deep.
