Fast forward two years - Pete Carroll as Tiger coach

I must admit that I'm not and never have been a Pete Carroll fan. I do think he is a weasel. Just thought it would be an interesting thought if it could happen.

Why would we want Carroll, he is worse than Miles at some of the things people complain about Miles. I mean talk about a coach that underperforms and can't coach up talent.

 

i don't want pete at lsu. with the talent he had year-in, year-out he should have probably won 4 or more nc during his years. and then to cut and run from the mess he created is cowardly. don't know if usc will be sanctioned but the possibility surely exists.

 

I had thought about that scenario myself. I can certainly see Pete pulling a Satan by going to the NFL only to realize he is much better off in the NFL. Despite what he is saying Pete is mainly leaving while his star is its brightest. He is also leaving to get out of dodge with all the NCAA investigations. Pete is a very good coach, no doubt. I wouldnt want him though. I dont think Baton Rouge has all the sideshows of LA, I still dont like the investigations. Id pass for a Patterson, Peterson, etc.
