I think I saw a tear after this game....dude seriously cared thru all the crap and, IMO, NEVER quit coaching.

He gave us 3 years of great defenses. I for one enjoyed it!!!

    GL in Nebraska!!

Yeah, I think the fact that he got doused with Gatorade (at least it looked like it, otherwise he sweats like no other indoors) says he told the players he's leaving.

Well unless our new defesnive coordinator winds up being a complete stinker, I honestly wont miss his unagresiveness. As far as "learning his lesson" he still dropped eight on more than one third and long today so Id say the lesson wasnt learned. I dont wish him bad luck but I wont miss his schemes, thats for sure.

Why because I formed an opinion about a guy whose defensive schemes helped us lost to Arky? Or because I prefer an agressive DC (one who not only blitzes but will actually disguise them)? I didnt say a thing insulting him, just said I dont like his play callying. If that makes you wish me to leave then: "welcome to internet forum life".

b/c there are enough threads bashing Pelini's scheme...click on 3 and you will find 2. didnt start this thread for that. after everything he has done for us, he doesnt deserved that on his way out.

you get your wish...he is gone...now you can calmly let it go
