I like the move. A brand as rich as Cat should be contending. Makes you wonder why they did not make the move earlier. Also, strange AT&T is backing off. You would think with their legal battles with Nascar and Sprint they would push harder for more visability in the Sprint Cup. If AT&T won the sprint Cup...
Infineon Raceway Gateway to the Sonoma wine country this joint has history. 40 years in, Infineon is known as the busiest racing facility in the world where they are open for business 340 days a year. Racing legends such as Mario Andretti, Al Unser, Dan Gurney, Kenny Roberts, Shirley Muldowney and Don 'The Snake' Prudhomme, as well as modern day stars including Dale Earnhardt, Rusty Wallace, Jeff Gordon, Miguel Duhamel and John Force, have all left their indelible marks at this unique and historic facility. This place is a 12-turn, 2.52-mile road course and a quarter-mile drag strip. You turn right more then you turn left! I am a lover of road courses because somewhere on the track somebody is fighting into a turn. Foot work is what wins at this joint and “out breaking” opponents will win faster then speed itself. Fuel is always an issue but nothing is worse then getting into the kitty litter. You either feast or famine but in the end it is a hard day for all. In this clip, observe the Fords all running out of fuel. :hihi: For all the haters here is a clip full of crashes. SAD day folks. NHRA driver Scott Kalitta killed today qualifying his funny car in N.J. He was a 2 time champion and a HUGE loss to his sport. I am sorry but NHRA has lost several drivers in the last few years and something has to change. I understand cost associated with change but too many have died. Prayers to friends and family and the NHRA family as a whole. http://sports.yahoo.com/top/news;_y...B?slug=ap-nhra-driverkilled&prov=ap&type=lgns
UGhhhh, that little prick fag, girl sunglasses wearing POS won. Now I hate the road courses that much more. He is cheating, I know he is, he has to be cheating and its only a matter of time until he is caught. I hope. Smoke needs to punch both of those big ears freaks in the mouth.
LoudonSite of the first single day sporting event in New England to draw over 100,000 guests (July 9, 2000, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Race)! No doubt the picture taking technology capitol for professional sports. This joint is flatter then Meg Ryan in her Girl Scout days! Not a very wide groove so passing sucks. Pit crews and strategy will be half the race, drivers that like flat chested women are anticipated to do well. Lobster is too overrated as a crustacean so in the end I will pass on this long distance adventure. I think they are trying to trick us with adding an extra mile as this one is billed as the "Lenox Industrial Tools 301" so does fuel play into the end result? I think not, but who knows. Also the first race in the chase you can call this a 300 mile test for that event. Here is a rather boring finish sample from last year’s event. This I say cause master preemadonna Rusty Wallace is in the background polluting sound!

This saturday night DirectTV is making the HotPass FREE. So any of you who have DirectTV can watch it from a driver channel. I think they are channels 701-709 or something like that.
DAYTONA Being a night race one might call it NIGHTTONA. We loves us some night time racing this time of year. DEI is hoggin the front row with shades of not too long ago. Mark Martin announcing a full pull for the next two years in the 5 car only amplifies his abilities to be a champion but for tomorrow night, he has some horse. Jr doing his thang but I gotta say I didn't pick him this time around. Seems the last few plate races that with ten to go he can't buy a friend and for the most part you need some love to hit that awesome finish. Like Gordon when you dominate the plates its hard to find some love. I could be wrong. At any rate I expect this is going to be a really fun race to watch. 500 Finish relived. :thumb:
