This is what people outside the situation don't seem to get. We have had multiple OC's, and we end up with pretty much the same offense regardless, because Les influences things too much. When Crowton was here, we got Les' offense with the occasional lousily executed option thrown in. With Cam here, we get Les' offense with the occasional deep pass thrown in on obvious passing downs.
How many out of how many of these gimmick offensive coaches have been better than just good consistently when you put them as the head man of a major job?
