    He id develop the game plan that beat the gumps last Jan, so that's a good indication that he has potential.

    Considering the shit storm we've started, the apparent lack of a plan, and the backlash we've received, Miles has garnered the sympathy vote, so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he was granted another year.

    The more I think about it and research it, I am ok with bringing over Tom Herman. He is a proven offensive guru who has developed talent at the Power 5 level and group of 5 level. He has taken backup QB's and prepared them to compete at the highest levels on the biggest stages.

    He doesn't appear to be a smoke and mirrors guy with an air raid offense, he uses his RB's very well, look at Elliot last year and he has RB's with 900 yards 12 TD's and 800 yards 16 TD's so far this year.

    I think he understands the concept of utilizing a great defense and controlling T.O.P. He understands adjusting his game plan as well as smart in game adjustments (see OSU vs. Bama in CFP last season / as well as UH vs. Memphis this season)

    He will need a great DC
