Fantasy Land: With whom do you replace Miles?

Sorry I just don't see us running the most successful coach we have ever had out of town so we can hire a guy who hasn't even finished a whole season as a head coach. That makes zero sense to me.

 

Neither does running repeatedly into an 8-9 man front, but hey he was an established head coach so I guess it makes sense after all.

 

Never said it did. But one stupid move doesn't mean you should make another.

 

They're running Les off for Jimbo but Jimbo they may not get. If not, Herman may be the best attainable option left.

 

I'd be OK with a Tom Herman hire. He's going to be hot commodity, so we better get to it if we are going to make the move. Hopefully he isn't one of those coaches that only recruits offense and knows enough to hire a solid DC and give him room.

I'm sure all of our recruits will be lining up to play for the NCIS guy.

 

We know running into the 8 man front is stupid, but what says hiring a seemingly proven great OC with experience at major universities to run the program is stupid as long as he makes a GOOD DC hire?

 

I'd take Herman over several "experienced " head coaches that have been mentioned.

 

If they lined up to play for Les\Cam, they would kill each other getting to the front of the line to play for Herman.
