Ok I went to fan day today, I decided to ask Patrick Peterson what he thought about the game Interception he had against Bama he replied "Well if you think that was bad just wait and see what happens this year", with a grin on his face. Gave me the chills, I cannot wait to see what he has planned for us LSU fans this year. Anyway I had a blast got all the defense autographs.
Just thought I would share with everyone!:thumb:

We went to fan day yesterday and it was a blast, as usual. You realize the players get sort of excited when you know stuff about them. Like their position changes and some of their accomplishments. Michael Ford is a super nice guy and very humble. Drake Nevis is huge, btw. We didn't stand in what we called the "Patrick Peterson Line" because it was entirely too long and I got his autograph last year. We hit up the linebackers, defensive line and running backs.

I was trying to get Chavis' auto, but they shut the defensive coaches line down because they had a meeting to get to. That was the only dissapointment, but it's understandable. Other than that, Sam Montgomery stood out because he was such a nice guy. And I forget which running back it was, but he was thanking everyone for coming and being supportive Tiger Fans. Is it September yet?:geaux:

I agree. The entire DL was polite and talkative.

Yeah they were. They looked like they were having a good time and like they wanted to be there. I was happy to see how personable all of those guys were. BTW, Richard Murphey's arms are huge.

Fan Day was great, I agree. The wide receivers were very nice and very patient with the young kids. It was a huge treat to get Armand William's autograph to take back to my Slidell High classroom. My kids couldn't believe that a guy that had sat in that very classroom last year was actually signing autographs! What a thrill for them. Armand is a great guy. He texted me during class to see if the kids liked the poster! :miles:
