Vick can't throw the ball very well anyway. But Vick is better than Error-on Brooks, in that he doesn't throw the ball backwards.

I could be wrong, but I really don't think Joe has any game left, so i'm not too worried.

I think he's still got at least a little gas (not sugar) in the tank. I was more referring to the anger and feelings of being betrayed.

horn was quoted as saying $19 mill over four years- $7.5 mill guaranteed in the first two.

divide by 2 and id imagine you'd be closer to the truth. good for him if the falcons did that. they need a presence like horn with that group they have there anyhow with no identity.

Vick is not the terrible QB some folks like to portray him as. I'm sure it's just anti-hype backlash, but it's kinda silly all the same. Quick -- name two WRs that he's had that are worth a damn! Exactly, it's impossible.

He's unconventional, but if he and Horn can get a good playing relationship going, they could have some success for a year or two. Of course Horn isn't the same as a couple of years ago, but plenty of receivers have been difference-makers in their twilight years.

I have a source that tells me that this deal was in the works way before the news of Horn's release from the Saints even broke. His "shock" at being cut was anything but.

I loved Joe as a player but it is what it is.
