Since we are basically forced to watch Arizona State and Fresno...did anyone hear on FOX Sports today that the two Arizona State players faked that "wrestling match" to take the pressure off of their team? Does anyone buy into this??? Even if it is true...it didn't work...TRUST ME...I SAW THE FREAKING GAME!!!!o:
I told my wife it looked staged the 1st time they showed it. guy comes from out of the picture, and before words could even be said, they sart rolling around without even trading punches 1st?
Another board board I read said their coach is known for pulling stunts like this to relieve some preasure, have some fun, and to try and mess with the psyche of the opposing team. Obviously that was about the only fun they had that day.
they did it while lining up for the national anthem. the shot of it from the fresno st bench looked like that scene out of major league.
I thought it was real. Made them look like the team had no comradere. Sure didn't make them play better. ESPN showed it over and over.
That's odd. A fight would make things more tense IMO. If you need to pull stunts like this that says a lot about the coach lacking confidence. Just tell them to play like they have all year because they are a much better team that Fresno state. Bad bad move on the coaches part
I just figured people from Arizona just don't know how to fight. I may be wrong though, but I doubt it.:lol:
