You'd be thrilled; blind devotion is in your DNA. Anyway, ND should feel good wining against LSU. They showed up and weren't manhandled. Les got his ass physically handed to him, and not for the first time this year. Didn't even do the physical domination thing that he loves, too well this season. I will say that the previous administration had down years, disappointing years, and this was definitely that. Since Miles is our man I sure hope this is scraping bottom, and if Chavis defects we get a damn strong replacement. Also hope this lights a fire under his ass. Kinda wonder if the Michigan deal had Miles distracted - I've experienced senioritis before. Deep down he might have been hoping to go to the big house. I'm sure as a Michigan man he's excited about getting Harbaugh.
Right, I've seen 1st and Goal from outside the 10. Point being I think we were inside, pitiful that they struggle so mightily
Like TigerTap is saying about the TD, it was a fumble. Both would have helped our chances, but I don't care. We looked like donkey dick for most of that game.
You guys got to let that "fumble" go. If we had played well, dominated, walked the walk, yeah, it would really have sucked. But we did not, we were blown off the ball, we never found an answer for that two tight end deal, and what is worse or worst: Our trick play, was on Facebook last week, run by a Junior High team. Dayum!
I was just pointing out that I knew we weren't going to get any calls and had to play better than we did. As for a trick play that Junior High team ran, did it work? It worked for us except on the scoreboard.
It was right up there with one of the worst referee calls of all time. Same thing happened in the NFL this past Sunday twice with Detroit and Green Bay. Goal line technology needs to be implemented and now.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the replays I saw showed the ball breaking the goal line pane. Unfortunately a LSU player blocked the views of his knees so in my mind the replay official couldn't clearly see if his knees were touching the field or not. The result was no TD.
