No one, not a single team in the country plays a perfect game.

There are some very young players in key positions this year, don't expect things to be perfect, and maybe you have a better time watching the games.

Lets hope our tigers get better next week, as its big time after that.

But UCLA beat Tennesse last week. That same Tennessee team that gave Florida quite a game yesterday.

It's probably way too early in the season for us to have the proper perspective on our wins. Though that UW win looks much better now, for sure.

    Thank you!

Look, I'm happy we're 3-0. I think we'll likely be 4-0 after this coming weekend. But rational thought after seeing the first three games so far tells us that LSU is NOT dominating on defense, NOT able to run the football, and NOT seeming to improve much at either. Those are the two things that win championships.
    -
Furthermore, we are currently unable to throw the ball down the field, even though we have elite athletes at the skill positions.
    -
The two glaring problems so far-in order.
    1)OL
    2)DL

That's not being a "hater". That's simply calling it how it so obviously is. It was ULL, guys. Before that, it was Vandy. IMHO, the win against UW was absolutely the most impressive of the year...and it has NOTHING to do with the fact that they upset USC. USC has lost to a patsy every year following the tOSU game. That was almost expected. Doesn't mean UW is better than USC, though. Just means they were better yesterday. But they are also the best team we've played...and that ain't saying much.

No. The only way I will come back and eat crow is if, in fact, LSU does NOT struggle in SEC play. And I'm talking about Georgia, FL, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Arky. THAT is what we mean when we talk about struggling against SEC based on what we've seen so far. If LSU goes 3-2 against those 5 teams, I would be happy...and surprised. Anything less than that, though, and I'm not eating crow. YOU should at that point though. Will you?

I'm such a freak I'd still love the Tigers if we were 3-9 every season, and I've been a Tiger fan through many losing seasons back in the day. Yeah, it especially sucked on gameday after the loss, but I still loved the Tigers and still had faith we'd beat everybody we played.

The thing is, that's no different from anyone on here for the most part. Just because some of us point out flaws doesn't mean we aren't "true fans".

Fact is, I'd be ecstatic to come here and eat crow after the team gels and we beat UF, Bama, UGA, Arky, and AU. Absolutely ecstatic! Right now, I don't see it unless things improve up front...and there's nothing wrong with anybody saying that. It's the truth.

LSU D stopped ULL 4 times at the 1. Nobody should be proud of that. ULL ran the ball 4 times which was some of the dumbest playcalling around. ULL should have play-actioned and got the TD. LSU DLine outweighed the ULL Oline by 1000 pounds and Cajuns run it 4 times. Stupid.

It amazes me that people think LSU is so dominant when playing a team that has no business playing anyone in the SEC. Give ULL the NO.1 recruiting class just once and see how they compare to LSU. The talent level is way off. Its like a pro team playing a highschool football team. Why doesn't LSU play at Cajun field just once? Know why? $$$$$

ULL will never be able to compete with LSU because they cant recruit. If you are a college football player looking to make the Pros, SEC is the road to take, ULL is not even a thought. Add to that the fact that LSU is usually a dominant team and its a no brainer where the kid will go to school.

The score Saturday should have been 50-0, instead LSU didn't play worth much. ULL played thier hearts out but when your team is slower, and alot smaller, you don't have much of a chance, but they did.

I don't watch much college ball, but I do watch LSU from time to time, and LSU didn't impress me that much. We will know how good LSU is once they play the SEC.

I guaran-damn-tee you that the players responsible for stopping them 4 times were proud of it.

    C'mon, man. No they didn't.

Before you have such a critical opinion maybe you should be more than just a casual college football fan. You might then have more of a sample to compare, than someone who doesn't watch much college football, and only watches LSU from time to time.
