    It is a training device, about the size of a redbull can, it makes a very loud whistle (to simulate the screaming noise you hear in the movies when a bomb is falling) and then it makes a VERY loud and quite powerful bang. It could most definitely kill you if you were next to it. Think a M80 on steroids

    still possible, my 9 yo has had an electric "minibike" for 3 years. has free run of the neighborhood.
