Hopefully that's the end of the story. I don't surf that forum. Do you know if was deleted because of fan interactions or because it was an unsubstantiated story?
So here is a potential clue. After moving to the middle, why was Divinity running with the outside linebackers at practice....
And why was Charles running with the 3rd team with Traore running with the 1s at left tackle? Vewy intewesting....
@shane0911 last week I received a text message about a few players being suspended because they missed the team movie. By Saturday there was a post on one Bama site mentioning the possibility. It "broke" Monday in the main stream media. There's a situation where 1000's of fans learned of the suspension where? A message forum. I am reminded of the OU story several years ago where their QB was getting paid from a car dealership for work/hours he wasn't putting in. Where, and when, did that story break? On an A&M forum about two months before it hit the main stream media. Hitting closer to your home where did you see the OLOL story first bantered about? It wasn't the news, or one of the sites covering LSU sports. It was from members on a message forum. Hell man, I'd say there's more accountability today in what's posted on message forums than there is in the media. After all, when a member posts some BS he's taken to task for weeks on end. On the other hand, a media member does the same? The next week it's forgotten—just chalked up to a guy making a mistake.
Still a lot of shit to parse thru to find the truth. In theory, news media is/was accountable (cough). Absolutely nothing on boards or social media is. Therein lies the danger. Social media is the modern day lynch mob.
