We have drawn some very nice match ups in bowl games these past few years. When our tigers aren't playing for a National Championship, they are always rewarded with a great opponent. This year is no different. It's a great time to be a LSU fan! This is a matchup that I am really looking forward to!

New Year's day bowl game against one of the most storied programs in college football.

An opportunity for a real want to win vs a quality opponent.

A team with a legendary coach vs a team whose coach has led them to their most successful five year run in the school's history.

Two of the most historic and classic uniforms in college football.

    GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!

Can we wear our real golden helmets from the Arkansas game?
I wouldn't want to wear the yellow ones anymore.

I am looking forward to this game.
What I find interesting is the matchups in some of our bowl games.
What I mean by that is CLM's is a UM and an LSU man but the point I'm trying to make is that we will have played 2 of his rivalry teams from the Big Ten.
Ohio State and now Penn State, I know its a side note and some may not care but I just found it kinda interesting and entertaining.

I hope Joe Pa doesn't get to excited though or gets hurt like he has in the past.
He shouldn't try to tackle players on the sidelines anymore!

Penn St has 2 quality wins this season. Temple and Northwestern. Nuff said. Great opportunity for LSU to shine in the national spotlight. Looking forward to a great win. :geaux:
