As for all the talk about "bulletin board material," doubt it's that big of a deal. There is a stereotype that the Big Ten is slow compared to the SEC all over the media and all over the world of college football in general. Nothing new there. Also, Penn State is favored to win the game... hard to have bulletin board material when you're the favorite.
