this dude's offer list is unreal:

SEC: LSU, Bama, Florida, Arkansas, Auburn, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Missouri, Ole Miss, Miss St, Vanderbilt

Big Ten: Wisconsin, Ohio State, Nebraska, Penn State, Michigan, Mich State, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Purdue

    Big 12: Oklahoma, West Virginia

    Pac: Southern Cal, Oregon, Arizona

    ACC: Florida State, Clemson

    Other: Notre Dame

big boy from 6A high school near Chicago that has lost only five games in the last four years. his older brother starts on the OL at Illinois

--ranked #3/#4/#6/#12 OT recruit in the nation

--ranked #36/#72/#87 overall recruit in the nation

    quotes:

"What am I looking for? A good relationship with the coaches and players, a winning program and a good tradition. I'm a left offensive tackle. I'm looking for a school that can prepare me for the next level"

his older brother (the one that starts on the Illinois OL) told him: "Take it all in and when the time is right (to make a commitment), you'll know"

He visited LSU over the Memorial Day weekend, and said: "Right when I left, I knew it was the place. I just wanted to talk it over with my parents and coaches."

"It's all about the offensive line at LSU, and the running game," said Pocic. "They love to run the football and it's a great fit on and off the field for me. I'm glad to have it all done now and I'm really excited about LSU."

"I had a chance to see everything and to really get to know the coaches at LSU," he said. "Also, getting to play football in the SEC, there is nothing better."

Does anyone know who LSU is actively recruiting out of state?

These guys may be famous nationally, but I had no idea we were recruiting the last two commitments.

Many articles on the net. This guy is a huge pick up! He's fairly slim and could add a lot of muscle to his frame. Good job going to an area we don't normally recruit and picking up a great one.

This is a great pick for LSU. Ethan Pocic is one of the top offensive linemen in the nation.
