Good analogy. Instead of "Eye of the Tiger" it is more like the Eye of a hurricane. *boarding up windows*
Yeah, we really need to focus on running any semblance of a consistent offense before we go throwing more wrinkles into it.
It's kind of like the movie "The Waterboy." Bobby Boucher was the best player on the field, and the other team took him out of the game by kneeling down on offense (having scored already) and making the Muddogs beat them with their offense which hadn't been able to do anything. Boucher entered the game on offense and won. Now, I know it's a silly comedy and not realistic, but it does suit this situation. Teams aren't going to throw to PP7, and they aren't going to punt to him. You almost have to get him involved on offense; especially, if you want him to win the Heisman. PP7 winning the Heisman would be huge for this program; especially, since recruits may be becoming disillusioned with the offensive production of the offense. dehydration from the offense going three and out!! I think many are missing the point that if PP were able to play on a few offensive plays that allowed drives to stay alive it could actually equal to more rest.. You have to keep in mind on defense he is basically running almost all out on each play and if the offense goes three and out he's doing quite a bit of running..
