    I would think so. McClain should be a beast this season but he's only one person. We need more than one good player at LB position. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that with the upgrade in size and depth we're going to see on the DL this season that they can take some of the heat off the LB with getting in the backfield. But I still think we'll see some rough games in 08.

    With Saban's defensive system LB is probably the worse position to have a TF play. But on the flipside it is the best position to have a veteran starter play. That's what scares me about Saban. The guy has one hellova defensive system.

    Oh yeah I agree. We saw flashes of it last season. When the players knew what they were suppose to do and where they were suppose to be the defensive scheme gave people fits (see Ainge and Tennesse trying to pass the ball). But when they were unsure of what they were suppose to do and where they were suppose to be we looked bad. (see ULM, Miss St etc.)

    But right now it's just a waiting game. Waiting until there are players on the field and in the system that aren't so green.
