If A company calls me, and says "I need 10 material handlers to start tomorrow." You think I'm going to just call 10 people and hope those 10 show up? Hell no, I'm gonna call 15, just in case 5 don't show. If all 15 show, 5 get sent home. Such is life. Get over it.
