I guess thats fair given the teams performance. I want to see what Arkansas' defense looks like against a good team...or even an average team.

I think that power ranking in week 1 is horse s***. How do they rate maryland that much better than Washington for them to jump us. Also Ivan M. is garbage had us at number 16 in the preseason. Then to add to that in week one he puts FSU and VT ahead of us they both lost he says we should be ranked 19 in the week 1 poll....... what a douche. After the third edit. Well, if you are saying we would have beaten Bama or even BYU with the performance I saw on Saturaday, then I'll have some of the same stuff your smokin, because Bama would have skull drug us. (IMO of course)
If you are talking to me. Yes I believe we can beat Bama. I dont believe Bama has the team they had last year. We will see. BYU only beat OU because Bradford hurt his shoulder. I also believe many might be surprised on UW this year. Lets see how the year plays out.
:geaux: In regards to Fla. St. I watched their game with Miami and they looked pretty strong, especially on offense. I would not enjoy seeing LSU tangle with FSU right now until our probs on defense get ironed out, which I believe will happen. The Seminoles looked pretty tough in my view and I can see where someone could have ranked them ahead of us. :LSU231:
I agree the D need some work. But I dont think either played much defence them self. I also watched the game Ponder and Harris both threw for a lot of yards. Both of their offences looked good, but that happens when neither is play D. At most years look at the Big 12.
