No one is saying that call lost the game for us, quite the contrary. That call robbed us of an opportunity to go down and take the lead. I have the utmost respect for every PLAYER on the Alabama sideline, well except Luther Davis. I look forward to next year, when Ali and Frazier collide again.

Nor am I, They missed the call. I' m with you on this one.

That's why Bama fans would have been just as upset had that type of call gone against us.

The catch, and the eventual winner, are simply two diff. issues.

Or if we kick an extra point like we should have, we have one more point. They then only go for one and not two and they have one less point. Alabama doesn't cover in that situation either.

That is refreshing to read. Several bama fans seemed to agree with you right after the game. They are very quiet now.

Yes, you would have. Perhaps your brethren will get an opportunity to feel that in Atlanta. I hear that guy Tebow is quite popular.

Correct again. One is a fact, treated as speculation. The other is speculation, treated as fact.

That's because the winner laughs and tell jokes.

    The loser says DEAL.

If you win, how long do you want to debate it.

Bama knew this was going to be the most talented team we played to this date. Believe me were happy to be moving on.

As far as our future is concerned, This might help actually. I don't think slive wants his crew honkered over a TV screen too long in the SECCG.

Conspiracies work best when no ones looking.

Its sucks because i know real Bama fans, don't want tainted wins, real LSU fans don't want tainted wins. It gives the opposition fuel and legit excuses. I honestly don't know if LSU would have scored after the Peterson interception, but all it takes is a defender falling down, someone blowing coverage, hell anything can happen, but the opportunity was taken away.

Even though i hate Saban and everything he stands for, and for being a chihuahua on the sideline, i respect the talent level and tradition that is Alabama football. LSU looks at Alabama like Ole Miss looks at us. While LSU clearly isn't Bama's biggest rival, Bama IS LSU's biggest rival, and it really sucks to have such bad officiating in this game, which should be remembered for the players, not the officials, and it seems to me that these officials in the SEC want the games to be about them.

Anyway, good luck the rest of the season man. :geauxtige

I don't know. Why don't you go see how many bama fans are doing just that on rivals, scout, and tidefans. Seems to be moving along like an energizer bunny to me. Tells me there is a guilty conscience. Not unlike your own coach having to raise his voice to reporters about the same subject, while saying "what does it matter?"

    Nice.

I make no such claims, though in light of the recent NBA scandals, it would be naive to assume it cannot happen in the SEC.

I do think(as does everyone else), that the refs have done a disservice to the SEC as a whole. Considering how different things might have been with one simple call, this particular screw job will live on in the minds of fans. And not just ours. If you are lucky enough to win out, every fan not from bama will laugh and point this out. Probably akin to Washington's infamous "5 downs".

But I doubt it will come to that. You won't win out.
