Re: ESPN Around the Horn... They covered it and they grilled Slive and the SEC officials . Both said it was a horrible horrible call and one of many this season.

Re: ESPN Around the Horn... i'm not going to go so far as to say he knew the media would do it for him, b/c i honestly don't think he thinks about stuff like that. however, he knows how to pick his battles and knew this was one that would start whether he said something or not. might as well take the high road and spend the 30 k on something nice for the family. edit: i like how i just disagreed with you and then in my second sentence agreed with you. i'm an idiot. and probably a bigger one for not just erasing this whole post.
Re: ESPN Around the Horn... and just to make sure its preserved, balloon boy..... :hihi: but the media had started sniffing around this issue so i think good chance legacy is right. they were just watching to see if it happened again so they would have something to jump on. after all, saturday there was all kinds of media on meyers 30k fine. i think that backfired on slive big time.
