There is no excuse for saying, "I don't know who told him to glock the ball"... then they show video of him indicating spiking it. It's bad enough to hear him week after week say how things are improving and trying to talk things up... there simply is no reason to basically blame it on another coaching staff or Jefferson for his incompetence. I was always for Crowton to be fired... the guy sucks. I was not for Les being fired until now when I saw that he was lying. Fire Les for cause for lying, he should not be representing the school any more.

I know Dana is a UM grad, not sure about Jemelle. She did say today though that they should lose Miles number after this week. While its easy to question her character or agenda but the fact it, what she said is true. Miles will continue to get flack with all the media coverage now with shows like First and Ten, ATH, PTI, etc. They love these types of things. How much the kids love Miles will really come to light against Arkansas. The ability to motivate and play with your back against the wall type attitude will be tested in Miles. The Ark game will show a lot IMO where the future of LSU is under Miles.
Just like Saban and Bama were a laughing stock after the ULM loss. Remember that Saban compared the loss to 9/11 and Pearl Harbor? The media will move on when there is another dog to kick.
It's one thing when your coach is unprepared or made a bad call, it's a whole different matter when he lying about it on national TV, already seen the video of him lying 3 times on ESPN in an hour. The only thing Les had going for him is being known as a straight shooter, now that is completely gone.
I just wish that dog would hurry and show up. I got so many text messages Saturday night from Bama and Gator fans. That game is like the end of Carlitos Way, just damn disappointing.
