    Guys I'm an an Auburn Grad and just saw the piece about TC on ESPN...
    I was so moved that I wanted to come on here and congratulate and thank TC for being such an inspiration. What a story! Wow...

    Hopefully we will have another great game this year... Good luck with the rest of your season.

    its things like this that make me happy les miles is the coach at lsu. he truly cares about these kids and their lives as young men, not just as football players.

    to anyone that criticizes him for not playing mccartney, i would be money if he had and something had gone wrong, you would have been the first to bash him for "putting sentimentality over winning".

    Nah not exactly... playing him for an entire game and losing would be one thing... but like I said, he could've given him the first snap on offense giving it to Scott up the middle... maybe pick up a handful of yards to strat off rather then JJ's 1st and 2nd down incomplete passes to start the game. And the circle would've been finished.

    Great story. Had Les for the O line and recruiting and Dinardo calling plays. LSU ties abound.
