And yet, Martin, Okeefe, Bertman, Bass, Miles all say differently, on the record. Speculation jumped to reporting, and that is a significant line that was crossed by Herbie. These articles do nothing to provide evidence of anything other than speculation, and where does it come from? All the parties named are on the record. ESPN is looking more and more foolish, if that's really possible. Perhaps Holtz is now in charge of investigative reporting? That would make sense.
Not more plausible! How in the world could the contract negotiations be close to finalized when Miles's agent never had contact with U-M?! What does Miles pay his agent for if he uses unnamed intermediaries to negotiate his contracts?!
I could barely skim through but I didn't see anything to back up either of her initial claims. She simply doesn't "believe", that's not enough to call him a liar. And to call a coach of a SECCG/BCSCG team "mediocre" is, well, just plain ignorant.

I'm telling, they will push this issue until the they get a split championship. The funny thing is, the AP voted LSU #2. If we beat the team they voted #1, how can they keep LSU at #2 and let OU or whoever pass LSU. Will they not look like fools.
