    I completely agree but as you pointed out lots of self reporting is being done and it tends to mitigate the situation. My question was merely to ponder whether it might make some schools avoid the self reporting if it makes no difference or if the sanctions are inconsistent.

    I also think the Sooners didn't get it as bad as they could have. It gives me no calm though in pondering the NCAA's actions regarding USC.

    Same will happen to USC. To much money to be lost.
