The little snipet I watched I found was very sincere and not acting. If yall would've never bit off that apple...
Her lack of makeup is to portray the poor girl thingy. Her made up and purty wouldn't garner much sympathy. They guy who filmed is a real POS. Found this on him:
Actually, in the spirit of Erin's big day, I went looking for the video. Didn't find it but did find some screenshots. In one of them, she's bending over and her hand is on her backside. She appears to be in front of a mirror and definitely not in a bathroom so instead of wiping she must be plucking a hair in the crack of her ass. She does look a little pudgy on one of those frontals. Looks like hips that have born kids even though she hasn't. Maybe she's had an abort.
The extra weight in the hips comes along with increased belly size, which doesn't happen early. The hips will also loosen and start to widen in anticipation of delivery. Hip bones actually separate a bit late in the pregnancy. So hips don't get wider as a result of the impregnation, but as a result of later term pregnancy issues.
I didn't say it was. I did say maybe she's had an abort. How close is was to term could certainly impact splayin them hips. Could've been late-term abort, since I was jus shittin anyway.
And.....the jury awards her $55M. The perv asshole is responsible for 51% of it so she likely won't see a dime there but the two hotels will have to pony up $27M. And that's why attorneys ask for sums like $75M.
That's insane. I would have given her $2 mil tops. The average amount awarded in wrongful death suits is $3 million. You can live with having been seen naked. You can't live with being dead.
It's not a good comparison. Wrongful death includes a huge number of causes including for instance, vehicular manslaughter. Using averages is a really bad way to determine anything and of course, it would make the award amount in wrongful death look pitiful. Furthermore, most wrongful death suits takes years and years to make their way through the courts resulting in legal fees taking a huge chunk of the award. Certainly, the fact that EA is a public figure and her image was impacted, puts her in a different category than the average Joe or Jean. Look at some of these.... "Ashley Alford, an employee of Aaron’s in St. Louis, called up the harassment hotline at the national office. She did not get any response whatsoever. According to her, she was groped, teased, talked dirty to, and poked by her manager. In fact, a little shortly after he phoned the hotline, she was assaulted almost to the point of having been raped entirely. She decided to stand up and got herself a lawyer. The St. Louis Aaron’s employee testified in court. She spoke of the things that her boss did to her. She even presented DNA evidence that was left on her uniform. The jury decided to make her the recipient of a settlement amounting to $95 million, which is twice more than the former federal cap for any lawsuit in the area for sexual harassment." "Despite the fact that the red lining practice is an epidemic plaguing the entire country, the court made out the Countrywide Financial Corporation to be the poster child of this particular type of prejudice. The Justice Department revealed evidence that the Countrywide Financial Corporation overcharged about 200,000 minority clients. There were even cases wherein perfectly qualified applicants were pushed towards unnecessarily high risk subprime mortgages. The evidence, which was so damning, resulted in the company no longer wanting to put up a fight. As a result, it agreed to pay about $335 million" If you really want to opine, then get after the courts who award ex-wives ridiculous sums of money....just ask Murdoch how he's made out in his settlements.
