    First they use EEA, then they stick you with the NDAA. No judge. No trial.

    The Patriot act has been used for drug busts more than anything else.

    When it comes to laws like this we just simply have to be careful. Once government gains a power it is a very minor thing for that power to be expanded. Today's good idea becomes tomorrows tyranny.

    Exactly, they are getting awfully close to doing anything they want with anyone in the name of a never ending war called the war on terror or if they label you a terrorist good luck. They wanted to give foreign born terrorists civilian trials and now they don't wanna give anyone accused of the same thing any trial in this country.
