    You know the IDs could be fake. Had a friend one time that.........Turned out she was a runaway with a whole new identity. Her identity was 19 she was 16. Hanging out at a college, UNC-Charlotte not App State. Let's just say the cops raided his apartment. After much discussion, they took her away and did nothing to him.
