Settle down Francis, he didn't say anything about "you" second, the "I have black, brown, asian friends" line is the first thing a racist always says...just saying. May want to re-think that one.
Well, I think he was clearly talking to me because he stated, "Eli Ricks happens to be black and the original comment was that he's just going to become another food stamp recipient. White racist assholes need to rise above that kind of bullshit rhetoric." I'm the only one who brought up Eli Ricks and food stamps, so I clearly think he was taking a shot a me. As far as how I handled it, I probably could have handled it a bit different. However, I have very little tolerance for people who think they know it all, and if you don't agree with them, then you're wrong. I could say a lot more, but I think you get my point.
I think we all hope Benedict Ricks goes down in flames. Can we just keep the convo away from ethnic stereotypes?
