It isn't even hard. Paul brings home tons of pork to his district. Worse than that is that he puts it into bills he knows will pass and votes against it. All so he can tell his gullible supporters that he only votes for spending that is constitutional. The guy is a fraud.

 

You need to learn what an earmark is and means.

 

Then vote for hope and change, see how that works out for you.
