Egg Bowl: MSU came to play

MSU just intercepted and the converted a big 3rd down for a TD to go up on Ole Miss, 27 to 13

It's a fun game, but I can't help but wonder if the Capital One Bowl is back on the table for LSU???

 

I'm just glad to see Ole Miss get beat - any time, any where, any sport.
Growing up in North Louisiana Ole Miss was always a team to dislike. Living in Memphis has reenforced that opinion and feeling. If Ole Miss and its fans (except for Col. Reb.) fell of the edge of the earth, I would not shed a tear.

I can only hope they never make it to the SEC Championship Game and never win a CWS. Being a bridesmaid fits the school and the fans very well.

I watched the game at our tailgate. Was fun to watch. MS ST made Ole Piss look bad and probably sealed the deal for us to go Cap 1 now that we have beaten Arky.

 

That was intense. I am VERY glad we played MS earlier in the season.

Just more evidence that the SEC can beat each other up on any given day.
