Ed Orgeron from Louisiana?

    He was not the recruting coordinator for Palmer, Leinart, or Palamalu. Those were before his time as recruiting coordinator.

    I doubt it's all that hard to coordinate visits when your school is USC.

    Ed "Bebe" Orgeron was a hard drinking, fast living, skirt chasing wild man when I knew and worked with him. I like so many others couldn't believe Ole Miss would fire David Cutcliffe, who had lead the Rebs to their best records since the Johnny Vaught days, and hire a guy with Bebe's reputation. And on top of his reputation, the guy has never been a coordinator. I know a number of Ole Miss fans and to a man they just shake their collective heads in disbelief whenever someone brings up "Coach O". Orgeron is from Larose and was at LSU for a couple of practices when Coach Mac's staff moved him from defense to offense and then he got upset and left for Northwestern State. He's been bitter about LSU ever since.

    Anyone remember when he got in that big bar fight while he was a coach at THE U? This guy is a nutcase and I hope we beat the hell out of Ole Miss and ol' Coach O.
