You know, I have been on the global warming fence all my life. I am still not confident that it is definitely happening, but I am starting to lean towards it.

I present you this, though.

If we take preventative measures and there is no global warming, then we were wrong. Oh well. At least we slowed the rate of consumption of fossil fuels, which are disappearing, global warming or not.

If we do not take preventative mesaures and there is global warming - we're just flat out screwed.

Might as well start going green.

 

You didn't react to well to me but i guess I will take a stab at this.
You have to distinguish between natural and man made global warming.
I agree that the earth has been warming since the ice age and continue to warms but how much of that is man made?

I can agree with your points but the problem falls on the degree of going green.
At what cost and how far to go on this issue.
Should we make our country into a third world country, economically?
If we go to a certain extreme people in this country will suffer more than they are now.
I think people have plenty of talk and little action.
If its really serious lets get rid of most airline travel and sports teams.

Anyway, according to some its already to late.
I don't think you can get the politics out of the man made hoax.

I have to tell everyone that I was thinking about this person.
Someone that I've never had a conversation with except today.
I usually followed this persons response, nothing bad at all.
