I hear ya, I grabbed some at the store quite some time ago and didn't realize I had grabbed the "Hot" I have a pretty decent tolerance for spicy and I loaded my eggs up with this as if it were Tony's. Yeah, it aint Tony's.

I like it though, now that I know what quantity to add

I wouldn't put it on grits though

Sarchasm--the gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the one who doesn't get it.

Bacon is better than a chick that says she would die for you.

Bacon actually died for you. Bacon's love is real.

And unconditional,, never mind what the heart association says. Brussel sprouts bad, bacon good.

Never did like Brussels Sprouts until I tried them roasted. Just lay them out on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, add some coarse sea salt and bake at 400 for about 35 min. Shake the pan half way through to turn them. Don't be too bashful with the salt. Outstanding.

    But, bacon is meat candy.

True grit - changing a starter on a 2005 Chevy Tahoe with no jack, hand tools, a flashlight and a wife trying to help. Got it done,, just not sure where she is anymore.

I used to hate Brussel sprouts too and now use a similar recipe. I use Pancetta and onions and a little vinegar and Worchester in that dish too.
