Deception. I like how he said the key is to dictate terms. Force the offense to change what they do because of the look you give. Like LSU making some teams stack the box because of the power run game. The Ryan defenses are useless though if you don't have lock down corners.

It's a good interview and Dinardo has had a lot of good things to say about him. Read quite a few quotes where he said it was a great hire.
