Gonzales was the thorn in our side when NO visited Atlanta last year. He doesn't miss when the ball is within reach.
Have to say Falcons played inspired football last night. Tony was all tentacles with his one handed TD catch. Julio made a dramatic key catch that got the 4th quarter highlights moving and "Matty Ice" was processing and delivering in the clutch. Did you notice, Vick didn't finish, again? Great game, we didn't need to fall 0-2 with the super egg Atlanta laid on opening day.
collinsworth made a good observation. vick is getting killed staying in the pocket when all the worries is he would be hurt moving outside all this time. atlanta got very lucky. certainly should have lost this game. vick stays in, its a done deal.
Luckily for who? I'm a Saints fan, so I pull for anyone playing the Falcons and I think it was unlucky that Vick got hurt.
