The downside of course, is that Matt Leinart might get himself a Superbowl ring

Kurt Warner just thanked his Lord and Savior Tim Tebow.

    Touching moment.

    Oh... forgot about them.

Well, now it's between the Saints and the Lions.

And, John, I'm talking about the NFL, not the Chicago Cubs.

The Chicago Cubs AND the Cardinals have the two longest droughts in North American sports history. Saints haven't gotten that bad.

Cards have been in the NFL a lot longer than the Saints.

The Cardinals won the NFL Championship in 1947, and have have not won a championship since, a six-decade drought that is currently the longest in the NFL.

Saints have only been in the NFL since 1967, so as long as we win an NFL Championship by 2028, we will have done better than the Cards--of course, all this assumes the Cards win the Superbowl. If they don't, their longest-in-the-NFL drought will continue to get longer and longer...

Fine, John. Since 1967, the Saints are now officially worse than the Cardinals.
