Everyone's favorite beat reporter is reporting that Dural was involved in a car accident and received stitches as a result, keeping him out of practice. Anymore details? http://www.usatoday.com/story/sport...suffers-minor-injuries-in-car-wreck/15393739/
Just saw the following from The Advocate: http://theadvocate.com/sports/10235700-123/source-lsu-wr-travin-dural Status uncertain for Saturday.
Not that I want Dural to be hurt but him not playing against ULM could be a positive thing. AJ and Dural have developed a rapport between them and without him maybe AJ will start hitting the other receivers on different routes. That part of the offense needs to be improved before LSU faces a real live SEC defense. Dural has made it look easy against inferior secondaries but he won't be able to just blow by some of the DBs he will be up against who will be playing on Sundays soon
Agree. Find a TE that can get open and catch the ball. Work on screens and other throws to running backs. Spread it around.
Quinn and Diarse should be each catching 5 or 6 balls per game and I'd like to see what a healthy Dupree can add to the O. There will be games where the Tigers will be needing to run some 4 wide sets and everybody needs to be on the same page. Also, PLEASE develop some touch on the screens. You don't need to hum it to a guy who is only 6 or 7 yards away from you
Well, it isn't like Jennings has been too focused on TD as he only caught 3 passes last week. But I think it might be ok to get a guy like Dupre starting time & more reps for the experience.
He ended up the BRGH, was very good to all, in fact, many of the people there asked to take photos with him and he was more than open to the idea. He was more than thankful to all at the hospital.
