i am here to say that I was wrong. I thought Duke Riley would suck this year, and I talked some shit about Dewayne Thomas too. Boy was I wrong. Those 2 guys played really well last night. Thomas was all over the backfield making plays, he had the game of his life. And Riley has played well all season. What an effort by the D last night, everyone played out of their minds.

Riley has really come on as of late. Don't want to take anything away from Thomas, but aranda came up with a good scheme to limit Hurts, and DT happened to be the guy it was built around by bringing him off the edge and limiting Hurts' read time

Still have to play though and Thomas did. He had what? 3 tfl, some tipped passes, and how many tackles? Dude was awesome last night

Riley was tremendous, he reminded me of Honey Badger in that he really had a nose for the ball.

Oh, I agree. Just saying, the game plan put him in a position to shine, and he made the most of the opportunity.

Riley and Thomas were much better than Beckwith and Adams. I was very impressed with their play. Riley has really stepped it up this season. I think Beckwith and Adams were trying too hard, which is why they missed a few tackles that they would normally make. Both missed out on crucial tackles that would have caused a FG or a punt.

I was thinking that Thomas looked like the honey badger coming off of that nickel corner blitz, blocking passes, and tackling OJ Howard.

Thomas has been inconsistent but played his best game ever as a Tiger. Riley has been a real pleasant surprise all season .
