You're overstating this a bit. It's not like Krag fell off the face of the earth as in won't be around and involved. He is and will be. Krag at 50% is at least as good at Crowton @ 100. I think he'll be more than 50% though.
I think it is an issue of the perception by the general public, which is not all that unrealistic under the circumstances. and seemingly a safer bet for the non purple and gold fans. The offense, with last years stats, have yet to prove themselves convincingly. It will certainly be an extremely interesting game to watch......
11-2 is the only stat I need. But talk about "perception". Everyone is having an orgasm over Oregon's offense coming off of a 12-1 season while ours was 11-2 and in a tougher conference.
We both played auburn. You only scored 17pts we scored 19. They scored 24 against you and only 22 against us. Looks like it will be a close game.

It just doesn't work. Alabama came closer to beating AU than you did, and we beat Alabama. Does that mean we should beat you? Bama beat Arkansas, but Arkansas beat us...after we beat Bama. See what I mean? Things don't translate like that. It may be a close game, it may be a blowout in the favor of either team. It won't have anything to do with our respective matchups against AU...LAST SEASON.
And you only scored 15 on Cal who let Nevada drop 52 on them who in turn los to Hawai'i who also lost to Colorado who lost to...... CAL! :insane:
Pre-season college teams It is hard to say what will happen but based on 2010 season this shapes up to be a great game. Ducks have a great team and skill players ready to go with LSU having great D with players ready to go. I wish I could say that I know LSU will be winning by 17 with 2 minutes to go but being around this team I expect 24-21 with 49 sec to go and the team with 21 is on the 41 yard line driving. We shall see
