OK. I have listened to the remarks. 1st Mr. Thomas would not have had those stats in the SEC. If the situation was reversed. JJ would come close to Thomas stats in the PAC-10,12 whatever the hell it is. Second yes Flynn was good and maybe better then JJ. But, he had better recievers then LSU has this year and last. His decision making was by far better. But, he does not have the running ability as JJ. I really do not think that having Flynn last year we would have been in the Sugar Bowl. Our defense lost that game not the offense.Arkansas. Yes Mr. Duck we will bring our running game and passing game and so will you. But, our defense will shine a little brighter then your 2nd team SEC defense. Good luck you will need it.
If JJ had 4 years under Jimbo Fisher, I bet he would have led LSU to a BCS bowl at the very least too. Jefferson will be fine under a real QB coach.
All I did, was call him on his comparison of the two players. They are night and day. At the end of the day, everyone knows it. Just the TD to TO ratio is telling in itself. 30/9 (+21) vs 7/10 (-3).
