I have become excited by LSU football for the first time in years, and have even watched a complete game ! Looks like we may have another 'Matt' as qtrback. But, i see a real problem with the recievers saturday with all the dropped passes. Did sumbody put zoloft in the gatorade ?
I only saw a problem with R Shep. Peterson dropped one or two, I think, but I'll give him that since it's not a pattern with him. In Shep's defense, he did go up and sacrifice hid body. I had not seen this "want" before the Ky game.
I am sorry in advance for those that do not agree, but I think the dropped passes are the biggest concern on this offense Not the O-Line Not The RB's Not Lee Not the play calling The dropped passes have been KILLER this year Ton's of drops against Oregon and we still hung 40 and won by 2 TD's Dropped passes including a TD that would have made the game 34-7 early in the 3rd against WVU Ton's of drops against Kentucky that had Lee a little uncomfortable afterwards in the pocket
Did it ever occur to anyone, that maybe they are "deliberately" dropping passes, to kick J Lee out of the way....... so their boy "JJ" can get back in as starting QB???? It ain't the QB... J Lee has been right on the money....& yeah, the drops need to stop!!!
May I ask where you've been the past few years? Are you only a fan when we're in contention for BCS championships?
This sentiment came up previously on the JJ-related threads last week. I don't buy it for a minute. I have a very difficult time believing that there's sabotage going on. Why would the team tank on purpose with a #1 ranking and what appears to have the potential to be a great year? :geauxtige
 Just when I thought I'd seen it all. If you really think that, why wouldn't the line let linebackers through and get clean hits on him? I would also love to hear the answer to this question.
