apparently your definition of name calling is very broad. if i i say you are acting like an ass, i or have the opinions of an ass, i am not really calling you an ass. but thats fine if that is how you define it. that leads me to me next question, may i quote people in my sig, in an effort to call them out?

my suggestion is read the user agreement. if what ever it is you want to post or use as a sig follows that, we're good.

it pretty much covers all your questions.

you are like the supreme court and the agreement is the constitution. you interpret. i realize it explicitly states you are not to "call users out". would, for example, the grad's quoting of red in his sig, wouldnt that be an example of calling folks out? if not, then i have some amazing and incredibly annoying plans for my sig that everyone will hate.

There are no rules that prohibit name-calling. In the list of ettiqute "tips" we are asked to "Please try to... Not engage in name-calling"

    I try, honestly I do...

if anyone has a problem with how this forum is moderated please see the user agreement for how to air those grievances. Derailing a thread is not the place for it. Now if everyone will excuse me I am at a baseball game.
