I doubt it. Despite his inadequate response thus far, his press secretary already had the answer to that question ready, on the same day as the announcement was made. Too bad he doesn't devote as much energy to leading and instilling confidence as he does for going after rulings or laws that he doesn't like.

But Obama wants to save the world. So taking the logic of this administration, we should enact cap and trade here, but we should subsidize expanding CO2 emissions in other countries, because you know, that's over there.

Since you can only offer speculation instead of facts, my assertion is no less valid. If it's really as simple as requiring remote activation of BOP, then why doesn't Obama's commission require that and move on? Is it going to take 6 months to conclude and require that? The answer is no. This is a political move and it's blowing up in Obama's face.


It's quite simple. You tried to defend the moratorium and can't. So you turn your attention to me instead. And I say this with complete calmness.

it is simple. have sufficient facts to make a decision. all here have failed to do that, so i will not claim that the moratorium is a bad choice.

wrt brazil. all you have added is that it is deeper. thats all you have to convince me to be pissed about the decision? not enough.

This ruling gives Obama a way out of this moratorium debacle and the stupid bastard will approve an appeal? What a dumazz.

 

What is simple is that you cannot rationalize this obvious disparity in Barry's favor so you plead not enough information.
